King Mohammed VI to Chair First Religious Lecture of Ramadan in

Rabat – King Mohammed VI  will chair, on Sunday Ramadan 02, 1438 Hijri in the royal palace of Rabat, the first religious lecture of the holy month of Ramadan, said the Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery in a statement.This inaugural lecture will be given by minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Ahmed Toufiq, under the theme “The role of the ulemas of Morocco in the preservation of national identity” in the light of the Hadith of the Prophet: “This knowledge is carried in each generation by the people of just moderation who reject the spurious interpretations of the ignorant, the claims of those on falsehood, and the distortions of the fanatics.”The lecture will be aired on Radio and TV channels starting 5:45 p.m.
